  We used to LOVE Donatos. We order from the one on Far Hills in Centerville Ohio. A week ago, my 7 year old Son bit into his sub and started chewing. He then found a STAPLE in his sub and we had to pull it out of his mouth. VERY scary because this could have caused so much damage internally had he not found it. They were nice enough to give us a $7.00 credit for the staple sub. We decided to order again today and use the credit. When the order was received they shorted us a sub, which actually defeats giving us a credit. We spoke to a manager (who actually took the first order) and she said she would send another one out but it would not get to us for 50 minutes!!! But mentioned she is doing the best she can. I do not think that is the BEST someone can do. Very unhappy with this Donatos. I am sure this will get deleted but not happy at all that this is how we are treated after they made multiple mistakes that could have cost our 7 year old son major medical issues.

  I placed an order for pick up online using a coupon. When I got to the store the associate at the register told me I could not use that coupon. I have never ordered online from another company and had the employees at the location increase my order total. No solution was offered, just a response that corporate has not 'fixed' it.
